About the Project
Led the complete redesign of Concept Schools’ flagship email, sent monthly to over 20,000 subscribers. The previous format was dated, cluttered, and underperforming. I guided the creative, strategic, and technical overhaul—refocusing content around storytelling, simplifying design, and improving mobile readability. The result was a cleaner, more engaging campaign that increased click-through rates by 70% and re-energized the organization’s digital communications.
